Return Policy — Laura Bishop Merchandise

Effective Date: May 31, 2026


All Sales Are Final

Because every Laura Bishop merchandise item is made to order — printed individually at the time your order is placed — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. This applies to all products in our store, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, and printed goods.

We appreciate your understanding that custom, print-on-demand production means each item is created exclusively for you.


Exchanges for Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To request an exchange for a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@laurabishopauthor.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage or defect
  • Clear photo(s) of the damaged item

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost.


Important Notes

  • Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items only. We are unable to exchange items due to sizing, color preference, or change of mind, so please review size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
  • Replacement items are subject to the same production timeline as original orders.
  • We reserve the right to request additional information before approving an exchange.
